Part of creating a healthy family climate is acknowledging that we’re all in the same boat. None of us is immune to life’s challenges, and we all need help once in a while. TFB (thoughts, feelings, behavior) is based on the idea that how we feel and what we do are colored by the way we think. Because we have the ability to change the way we think, we can learn how to have better control of our feelings and our actions.

From time to time, all of us struggle with thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are unproductive or detrimental, and we all find it difficult at times to muster the motivation to take the action needed to interrupt our troublesome outlook and replace it with a healthier, more positive one.

Simply put, a situation arises, and we have thoughts about the facts of that situation; those thoughts trigger feelings, and based on those feelings we engage in behaviors which in turn impact the situation (either positively or negatively), and the cycle continues.

Affirmations To Improve Confidence.


Affirmations are sentences aimed to affect the subconscious mind. The words composing the affirmation, automatically and involuntarily, bring up related mental images into the mind. The repetition of an affirmation, and the mental images, affect the subconscious mind, which in turn, influences a person’s behavior, habits, actions and reactions.
